- The Website is operated by Hovertravel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00830401 whose registered office is at Encombe House, Estate Office, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5LW, England. (“Hovertravel”).
- Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and Hovertravel reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service (including the Manage My Booking Portal) together with any information or function provided on the Website without notice. Hovertravel do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Hovertravel shall not be liable if for any reason the Website or any part thereof is not available at any time or for any period. From time to time, Hovertravel may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, if required. The Manage My Booking Portal can only be accessed by those users who have registered a valid account and comply with the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph 3 below
- To set up an account for the Manage My Booking Portal you must be an individual, over the age of 16 and resident in the United Kingdom.
- Hovertravel aims to update the Website regularly and may change the content and functionality at any time. Hovertravel may therefore have to suspend access to the Website, or close it if necessary. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date or incorrect (e.g. pricing) at any given time and Hovertravel is under no obligation to update such material, however will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors or omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
- You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website and for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
- Hovertravel shall not be liable for and accepts no responsibility for any information presented by a third party including, but not limited to, pricing, liability in connection with any bookings and cancellations made directly with a third party, or any other transactions between you and a third party, and the performance of the contract entered into between you and the third party or any circumstances that may arise during your travel arrangements and/or services.
- All travel arrangements and/or services shown on the Website are subject to availability and you must always check with Hovertravel to see whether travel arrangements and/or services are available prior to arranging any booking. You may book travel arrangements and/or services with Hovertravel through your Manage My Booking Portal or by contacting Hovertravel by telephone or email
- Any links provided on the Website to other websites are not intended to provide an endorsement by Hovertravel (unless otherwise specified) and Hovertravel will have no liability or responsibility for the content of this or those websites whatsoever. You must not establish a link to this Website from any other website without Hovertravel’s explicit written consent.
- Hovertravel cannot guarantee that the Website is error free or free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Hovertravel have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Hovertravel, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify Hovertravel at info@hovertravel.com.
- All rights in the Website, including copyright, the content and design of the Website, is owned by Hovertravel or used under licence from third party owners. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copyright or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your personal or non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Hovertravel. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, transmitting, distributing, selling, displaying, licensing or reproducing any content including images and other media on this Website for any commercial purpose.
