Convenient Car Parking Options at Ryde & Southsea Hoverports

Our Ryde and Southsea Hoverports are ideally located near Council operated car parks. Our Hovercraft is the fastest ferry route across the Solent with a journey time of just 10 minutes and if you are travelling by car you can park your vehicle close by ensuring your journey is quick and efficient.

The large Isle of Wight Council operated Quay Road pay and display car park is next to our Ryde terminal. There is provision for long and short stay parking as well as disabled parking and electric vehicle charging points.

Regular Travellers – Permits

For regular travellers the Isle of Wight Council offer an All-Island permit valid for Quay Road car park. This permit offers 24/7 parking in the majority of council owned long-stay off-street car parks. Additionally up to two hours parking in council short-stay car park is included with the permit (with return prohibited for 2 hours).

Regular Travellers Permits

For regular travellers monthly Season Ticket Permits are available for Seafront The Esplanade car park. These permits can be purchased via the RingGo app from the app store or google play.  Alternatively book on the website www.ringgo.co.uk
