Hovertravel Partners with Go Taxi to Offer E-Taxis to Customers

Pat Sowerbutts, Commercial Manager at Hovertravel, explains: “We take our responsibility to protect the environment very seriously and we wanted to give our customers the option to choose an electric taxi for onward travel.   Go Taxis’ app is simple to use for those with smartphones and their screens in our terminals bring that proven technology directly to the fingertips of our customers who do not use a smartphone.“



Go Taxi  works via an app, providing a simple and self-explanatory booking process with no need to make a call. The self-serve screens in the Hovertravel terminals pre-load the pick-up addresses and Go Taxi  keep the customer updated via SMS messages regarding driver assignment and driver arrival time.
