Starting in Ryde taking you along the coast towards Appley, Puckpool, Seaview and Nettlestone. A great way to see this part of the Island from the top deck and visit the popular beaches of Seaview.

Downs Breezer

Following a circular route through pretty countryside, across the tops of the Downs. Starting at Ryde Esplanade and linking to Wootton Station, Robin Hill, Sandown Seafront, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, Dinosaur Isle, Browns Golf Course and Bembridge.

Operating from Ryde Transport Interchange, enjoy unparalleled views along this route, linking Ryde, Sandown and Shanklin with the West Wight area via Ventnor, Blackgang and Alum Bay.

Experience one of the most spectacular bus rides in all of England. Enjoy a cliff-hugging, dizzy climb from Alum Bay right up to the Needles Battery, the route also links Yarmouth to Freshwater Bay.

Summer Links
Saturday 5th April to Saturday 27th September 2025
Catch the Southern Vectis Route 9 from Ryde Transport Interchange to Newport Bus Station to connect to Summer Links. Operating through the centre of the Island through beautiful rural landscapes. This is the route to catch if you would like to visit Tapnell Farm.

Shanklin Shuttle

Catch the Southern Vectus Route 2 or Route 3 from Ryde Transport Interchange to Shanklin Bus Station to connect to Shanklin Shuttle. Or the Island Line from Ryde Esplanade Station to Shanklin Rail Station. This bus route operates to Shanklin Esplanade perfect for a seaside adventure.
