HoverCare Card

Our HoverCare card is available so customers can receive extra assistance without even having to ask. It lets our staff know about any special requirements our customers may have with their journey. It can also be used to identify if you are a carer.

The card will indicate whether you:

  • require help with luggage
  • are a lip reader
  • need help to be seated
  • would like help boarding our hovercraft

If you wish to let us know, it can also identify the following:

  • reduced mobility
  • autism
  • dementia
  • visual impairment
  • hearing impairment
